Heavy giant, not very agile, following means surviving
Arbeitsatmosphäre
If there are no common goals, conflict is inevitable overall.
Missing experience and commitment.
Kommunikation
+ There are regular company meetings
+ There are also regular product meetings
- No dealing with mistakes, everything is always good. Mistakes stick with you, that's why everyone stays on the "all is well" side. Especially those who want to make carrier.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In the team yes. But no confidence in the "leaders".
Work-Life-Balance
Quite ok, flexible times. But in the end there is no reflection on your work load or any advice from leadership how to structure work better. Limitation of ressources leads to higher amount of work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Jour fixes were cancelled, no feedback, no interest, no reflection. Lack of experience in leadership.
Interessante Aufgaben
The goals are concrete, but indirectly directed via the management. Goals change almost permanently, difficult to set a direction. Business goals beats everything.
Gleichberechtigung
I have seen no discrimination so far. Management mostly guys
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most people in product are younger, the longer you stay is not equal more benefits or respect.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Yes, I think there is nothing negative to say.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Sure, they play the Environmental/social awareness card. How effective it is and what is just brand is hard to say.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
You follow, you shine outside -> money
In total the salary for certain positions are market standard. Other position in product/agile environem,nt are quite underrated
Image
I think there was a chance to create a great image. Didn't work out. Those who lead have no experience with this topic. Also from a customer/user side the image is not really great.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Works out, there is definitely great HR people taking care of it.
