Arbeitsatmosphäre

Very strongly dominated by technology area, leads to weak product development. Strong competitive thinking at C-level, lack of transparency between divisions. Business goals have clear priority. No real product vision

A lot of potential and motivation in the teams. Unfortunately, no real interest on the part of people with leadership responsibility.

Kommunikation

In Zeiten der Pandemie ein Prüfstein für jeden. In den Teams besteht eine gute Kommunikation (aber natürlich auch abhängig vom Team). Das Unternehmen hat regelmäßige Update-Termine zu Kennzahlen und der Unternehmensentwicklung. Jedoch ist die Kommunikation zwischen den Unternehmensbereichen relativ schwach.

The company offers very good conditions. Of course, it varies depending on the business unit, but it is a very family-friendly company. The company has flexible working hours and gives a lot of responsibility to its employees.

thank you for your feedback. It’s nice to hear that you were happy with (almost) everything during your time at Visable.
Regarding your points in the superior behavior/working atmosphere section: We’ve had several „Ask Us Anything“ sessions with the C-Level during the last months, especially for colleagues in the product/tech department, to make sure that there is no feeling of intransparency when it comes to business goals, product vision, objectives etc. for our company. We are going to repeat these sessions in the future to keep everyone on the same page.
