1. Reqruitment of personnel's on the good level. I strongly appreciate the choice of every worker I met there.
2. The working atmosphere is light especially thanks to the p.1

2. The employer lives fine with the fact that many employees do overwork with no remuneration

1. I would say that it would be great to teach new people a bit more and give them some room to learn specificity of the job before asking strictly from them.
2. My heart is breaking when i see a site of the company. The idea of this business is great, but somehow it still does not have a good UX design after years, as well as a general customer experience. I wish they see it and correct, because i really believe in the initial idea of this business
3. Many workers do overwork because of the amount of tasks they need to accomplish. I wish it can change somehow.
Again, people are very nice there, everyone is respectful and ready to help. Depends on the manager, you can have a lot of tasks with the short deadlines and strict speeches, and you can have a nice one who describes how to deal with any task and gives you as much time as you need to learn and accomplish. I would notice that I had to learn everything fast, and i will never complain about the fact that there was much pressure here in Visable.
I did not see anyone who kept on in this organisation. Unfortunately, workers quit this place as often as in McDonalds.
A bit less than a market salary, but still ok
I almost did not have time to learn how to do my tasks, but was supposed to accomplish them on a high level from the first week being a non-specialist in this field and being a kid who came there to study in the lower position.
the team is great though. you don't feel a strong hierarchy, rather the company is very plane, every worker is friendly and ready to help
My tasks did not meet any of stated activities during the interviews. They were quite boring, there is no automation for the tasks which basically could be done in 5 minutes by computer instead of 8 h by hands.
