Short term job in Corona situation has bin introduced in only fist days however they could have stores open because of medical purposes, after that all people expect leadership team have been reduced to very low hours of working, part of people have worked more than defined hours but they didn’t received it paid.... such a shame. Definitely the company is thinking on leaders and they’re high salaries and if others are working more, no matter!!!!

Not paid after hours job, 25 days vacation... and working hour from 9 to 18 which is absolutely wasting your day

Always spreading good Vibes, but you are just a number for them. You never receive an answer when you weite them. Moreover they are busy to self promoting themselves in social media

Everything should be based on test of each person, such an old system of work ... really a false place for creatives

Depending on to which group you belong and who brings you in company it differs. Everybody bringing someone on board receives 800€ and most of the time it is not even necessary to have someone more, but connections are important in VIU
