Great teams but poor upper management

Communication has improved quite a bit since last year. That's definitely something that has been worked on

In my direct team, the support for each other is great. nothing to complain about

It is definitely not a 9to5 job. However, it also offers a lot of flexibility

Direct manager is ok. There could be more support for the team towards upper management. Upper management is starting to introduce a toxic way of communicating. It is getting loud and finger-pointing is starting
Interessante Aufgaben
It is a super exciting project. I think there is few places that offer a similarly interesting work environment on a technical level.

Due to the fact that it is a fast growing company, it is difficult to keep up with the requirements for your employees. Employees are constantly moved and have to find different solutions to work onsite.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Flying to Mallorca for a Top-Level Management meeting is not sustainable from an economic and ecologic aspect. Also to tell employees to stay conscientious about money spending is a slap in the face.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I think salaries are ok.

There is a lot of opportunities for taking trainings.
