The atmosphere is really friendly and you get the feeling that you can turn to any of your colleagues in case you need help with something.
Kommunikation
Communication tends to be rather direct and if you need something you should always communicate it and usually get a helping hand from anyone throughout the company. Some things, however, are miscommunicated or do not reach the responsible person, so be prepared to be flexible and rather ask a second time if it´s important.

Work-Life-Balance
Everyone is totally understanding when it comes to work-life-balance and it has high value at VYTAL, however, it is really hard to avoid longer hours because of the impact that your personal contribution has on the whole project. No pressure from outside though, but rather intrinsicly.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Considerung that most of them have very little experience in a leading position, they are all doing a great job. Of course, sometimes the communication does not yet work perfectly, however, they respect everyone´s opinion and are really open towards discussing topics if you feel like there is need for discussion.
Interessante Aufgaben
You have a lot of freedom when it comes to designing your position which can also be a challenge, of course. However, the tasks vary a lot and you can really express yourself in your own ideas of how to bring the company forward.

We are a very young team, on average. However, I would think that really everyone would be very welcome as long as they have the right motivation and bring VYTAL forward.
Arbeitsbedingungen
This has already been improved and professionalized a lot but needs to be continued further. At this stage you have to be creative to solve some tasks. However, considering the early stages in which the company is, this is totally normal.

1000%. Everyone is completely passionate about increasing our impact and contributing to saving the planet from plastic overdose.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
As an intern, it is totally fine and in general the pay is fair. Everything always comes well documented and punctually. However, in the long term I think pays need to rise as the job comes with a lot of responsibility and also stress.

In the early stages this is hard to tell. But at the moment VYTAL is really trying to set up a proper path in the company.
