Very nice company in an exciting field!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Robotics it's an very exciting and challeging field and the employer leadership tries to transport exactly that to the employees motivating/encouraging them towards an more open minded work culture.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is super nice.
Work-Life-Balance
Very good! Of course, there are times when the workload is higher than others, but that’s the case everywhere. Leadership and management actively check in and encourage taking rest whenever possible. They even offer the days between Christmas and New Year as additional holidays for everyone. They expect the best from each person, but they are always willing to compensate and appreciate the effort.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very respectful and encouraging.
Kommunikation
Socially, the environment is very good. From a work perspective, things can be complicated at times, but the leadership is mature enough to acknowledge when things don’t go as intended. There is definitely a strong willingness to improve continuously, day by day.
