I have moral concerns about the investors and their background. If you don't want to have any qualms of conscience later on, you should find out more about this. There were also concerns that the product could be used for the manufacture of weapons, which in turn could benefit these investors.
I like to separate private life and work life. But it's nearly impossible when politics are often pushed on to you.
I can't think of anything, to be honest. My experience was great.
There's been a lot of change, on the organisational level and in the leadership, in recent years. It's been a bit much at times. I hope things settle down and stay more stable from now on and continue the cross-department work.

Scheinbar nichts gelernt zu haben; ich habe die Firma vor zwei Jahren verlassen müssen. Die Umstände der Kündigung kurz vor Ende der Probezeit waren, ich nenne es einmal, 'unsportlich'.
Die Probleme, die die anderen Bewertungen thematisieren, gab es auch damals und scheinbar hat sich nicht viel geändert.
Sehr viele Unkenntnis, Missmanagement und wenig Fokus im Unternehmen.
Of course, no company is perfect but Wandelbots did a lot of things right. I think the communication process could have a bit better, though.
Listen to your senior engineers before it's too late. Most good people left already.
The company should keep pushing on its new path but remember to focus on its people. It's important that changes are made smoothly and that everyone feels part of the journey and expectations are clearly communicated and understood.

During my internship in the operations department, I was given meaningful and diverse tasks that contributed to the company’s objectives. This hands-on experience allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting and gain valuable insights into the operations of a leading robotics company
The tasks are really diverse. People have to be aware that normally employees have to take on more than one responsibility or role. But this also makes it interesting. You can be an expert in one field but you’ll probably also have to do additional tasks, that will enrich your perspective.
Really exciting and challenging field.
As we are working in a very young company which is on the way to scale up there is always new and interesting things to do.

Während der Einstellungsphase gab es eine Reihe von Gesprächen, in denen hohe Erwartungen geweckt wurde. Worthülsen wie "outstanding", "think big" usw. hört man oft. Ich habe den Wechsel dorthin gewagt, weil ich nach Karriere-Optionen und High-End-C++-Entwicklung gesucht und diese Erwartungen auch explizit formuliert habe. Beides gab es für mich nicht.
Kritikpunkt an der Kommunikation ist nicht die Häufigkeit, sondern wie oft sich der Inhalt in den Ansprachen ändert. Die Informationen in dem darauffolgenden Monat wieder komplett widersprüchlich zu den Vorherigen sein.

See above. Wandelbots has a dedicated framework with career levels which gives a quite clear development and career path. As Wandelbots is still a young company there is still potential to grow here.
