Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I really appreciate the company's vision; it's clear and exciting. The teamwork here is amazing too. Everyone works well together, making work fun and enjoyable. It feels like we're all in this together, which is great.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There's been a lot of change, on the organisational level and in the leadership, in recent years. It's been a bit much at times. I hope things settle down and stay more stable from now on and continue the cross-department work.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The company should keep pushing on its new path but remember to focus on its people. It's important that changes are made smoothly and that everyone feels part of the journey and expectations are clearly communicated and understood.
