Change the whole top management if there is any as I never understood seen a manager. everyone acts like a shareholder and only cares about numbers

No work and life balance. There is nothing called life when you join. If you leave at 6pm which is the legal time everywhere in the world they look at you like you just committed a crime. earliest expected time to leave is 8pm if you were in the office at 8-9am
