Very relaxed working atmosphere. Everyone is always in good spirits, and are free to enjoy themselves whilst working. The company is what you make it.

As with all startups the flexible structure and ever changing processes makes it hard sometimes to establish effective and long lasting means of communication.
Work-Life-Balance
There's never anyone looking over my shoulder saying I have to work an extra 4 hours on a Friday. I choose how I get my work done.
Interessante Aufgaben
I have complete autonomy over my role, and choose my projects and priorities as well as how I mean to accomplish them. As long as they're in line with management's expectations, all is fine.
I've learnt so much here, and continue to keep on learning. If you have enthusiasm, and a passion to learn, you can get involved with pretty much anything here.
