Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
International environment (Multikulti), dog friendly, free drinks, wonderful new office, fast forward startup (huge growth speed)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
no coaching, no trainnings, no feedback, not a good Klima, managers acting like they do not care of the future of the company (they care 99% for numbers, 1% for employees)

switching CEOs may be a good start. It is no joke. The image top managers give to the team can´t be worst. Never seen in my life.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
tense, nervous. One day your collegue is there, the other not anymore.
Kommunikation
managers with a really bad behaviour towards the teams. CEOs are no mirror for anywone there since they do not care about you. Increadible.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
everybody nervous of being fired or planning to leave asap. Really nice international staff, but scared of managers.
Work-Life-Balance
endless shifts. Working everyday. I lost my life but I gotta work to pay the bills.
Interessante Aufgaben
someone told me that they have never made any trainning for employees and I am still waiting for it - I am almost 4 months there. No coaching, no metrics, no internal processes.

zero - I saw people being fired in less than 2 months

It took me 03 weeks to have my chair. But nice technology since it is a startup.

Bad payroll, and for the ones who have a good one, work endless shifts with no financial compansation.
