A fast-paced startup is not for everyone! If you can't take pressure and an ever-changing environment, you won't be happy here.

The team is a great international mixture with very interesting characters. People help each other out to finish tasks and support each other and friendships are formed.
The company has a huge development potential and has made great progress since it was founded and you can actively contribute to it.
The tasks are challenging and you learn a lot in just a short amount of time. If you make an effort, you will see the progress.

No work and life balance. There is nothing called life when you join. If you leave at 6pm which is the legal time everywhere in the world they look at you like you just committed a crime. earliest expected time to leave is 8pm if you were in the office at 8-9am

International environment (Multikulti), dog friendly, free drinks, wonderful new office, fast forward startup (huge growth speed)

no coaching, no trainnings, no feedback, not a good Klima, managers acting like they do not care of the future of the company (they care 99% for numbers, 1% for employees)
