Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Chewing people up and spitting them out. Being used and discarded if you need / ask for support.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Communication, visibility, development, ownership. They disappeared and it used to be so good... Too bad!!! Dear Talent team, PLEASE start listening to us, read these reviews and do something, before its too late.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

"Great work environment - Previously 5 stars." Well not anymore - just do what the ex-consultants tell you to do!

Kommunikation

4 Star rating before - no visibility on road map, decisions that impact you, your team or your work. Double work across several teams by not communicating anything. Cards are held close to the chest and only the 30-40+ consultants have access to information. Starts to feel more and more like a secret society controlling everything.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

"Smart, experienced colleagues that help out any time needed" - Previously 5 stars. Everyone is complaining, is demotivated by this toxic environment. The new "lower" level consultants are stealing ideas, bullying others (more like threatening) and have obliterated any sense of ownership.

Work-Life-Balance

"Long hours, but the colleagues and the challenges make it worth the while" - 3 stars previously. This did not change much, still long hours needed/expected to fulfill "urgent" tasks (e.g. 17:30: "get this done by EOD" - 4h needed to finish)

Vorgesetztenverhalten

"Overall great managers that help you grow" - Previously 4 stars.
Forget about growth & development talks. You get no support to develop. Your role is to do what you are being told and show only mere results the managers can sell as his own achievements. No skills in people management. What it was and what it has become! From reporting, discussing and getting feedback from C-level and VPs to not even being let to speak in "meaningless" meetings.

Interessante Aufgaben

"Challenging projects that keep you engaged all the time" - 5 star rating. You are lucky if you have anything to say anymore. The only thing expected from one is to mention the great results delivered, despite over how many bodies you stepped. Anything interesting is taken away and if you need any support from your manager, you can better search it outside and work it out on your own.

Gleichberechtigung

"Everyone is equal an has a chance to grow or move horizontally inside the company. It is encouraged to stay within the company if the employees would change jobs." - 5 stars previously. Oh boy, this one is the biggest change I think. Ex-Consultant? You are the "golden boy". You are not? Work differently? Still have any ounce of the old company culture? No worries, we get it out of you. Just move the needle and make a waterfall out of it...

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

"Hard to judge - not many here." - 4 stars previously. Changed a bit, either treated the same as the younger colleagues, or they are a max 35 year old consultant managing 50 people with no previous people management experience

Arbeitsbedingungen

"Top hardware and software - what is expected of a tech company. The office looks amazing!" - 5 star rating. Well, can be said, kitsch is the new thing, designed by nepotism, furnished by nepotism.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

"Definitely working with less paper than other companies and engaging in regular fund raising campaigns." 4 star rating previously. I found out in the meantime how easily we throw things away and ask customers to dispose of products. Start thinking of the environment!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Unequal treatment in salaries. Below business standard. Should focus on increasing the income, rather than on so many social events with teams.

Image

"Not well known in Europe, but has a good image" - previously 5 stars. Getting more notoriety. The bad kind.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

"Focus on developing your career and growing. Best approach I have seen so far. A lot of trainings are offered and managers encourage career development." - 5 stars previously. Forget about this one as well. Gone! Want a training? Go pay for it and you get 60% back.
