Colleagues are nice enough, but there is no real trust nor collaboration. Different teams are not truly working together, but always trying to look out for their own best interests. Management is not doing anything to change that destructive culture.
European top management is lacking the required management experience to scale a company from start-up with hyper-growth to stable mid-sized company. This means there is no healthy company culture, there is no support in case people are meeting challenges at their jobs that they do not know yet how to deal with. Wayfair might be a great company for self-learners as there is a lot of freedom - but you can very, very easily get fired without any reason or justification. This happened more than 5 times with senior managers (level 5+) during less than the last 12 months. This is extremely shocking for me and why I am looking for a new job now.
