The company's situation is completely unpredictable; you can’t foresee what will happen tomorrow. At any moment, layoffs can occur, and you can lose your job. The company and its owner only care about profit; they have no regard for the lives or well-being of their employees. They hire quickly and fire just as fast. If you already have a job, my advice is to never resign to join Wayfair. If you’re unemployed, you could consider accepting their offer, but keep in mind their hiring and firing practices are ongoing simultaneously. Personally, I am very happy to no longer be part of this company

There were plenty of people wandering around in managerial positions, completely unaware of anything. I must admit, this is the company with the lowest managerial quality I have encountered in my career.

The US does not consider German time; they expect you to be available according to their time zone

Communication was straightforward: every four months, there is a round of layoffs. If you receive an email, it means you’ve been let go; if not, you simply continue working.
