Create incentives to reward performers/employees that bring an added value.
Current remuneration structure does not really push to (over)perform, added to restricted promotions, it can be really demotivating.. for talents

atmosphere is degradating due to the company situation. A lot of uncertainty about the company creates stress and demotivation
Kommunikation
Communication is OK, but it was better before the restructuring waves. The Board is now selective on its communication to avoid overreactions and due to sensitive informations, but it reduces the transparency.

Good colleagues, but the social plan is generating tensions.

Home office rule is ~2 days a week at home

I had a good manager.
However on a higher level.. there is a lot of people still being there due to their influence, long time being there and.. friendship with other directors?more than for their actual added value..
It feels like directors can take wrong decisions without ever risking their job or bear the consequences
I hope the new management will make a right selection

Salary level is OK, on sector's average.
Be mindful while negotiating your entry salary.. it's hard if not impossible to negotiate a jump on your salary afterwards, due to current situation and HR politics
Salary structure is not really motivating for "performers" since almost all the whole package is fix (but it can be seen as a safety) and your individual performance has a very little influence on your salary

There is a career path and a follow up with your manager, issue is that current situation prevents promotions and no budget is given for external trainings. The internal trainings are not really helpful...
