Unfortunately, our Employer Branding doesn’t show how great it actually is to work here. I think we could do a much better job of bringing the Wemolo vibe into the world!
Gehalt/Benefits
Fair and competitive salaries and benefits.
Comparable market-level vacation days would be better, as the current offering is way below the market average.

We have office days, but it seems that recently, most employees don’t feel the need to come into the office regularly. This makes it a bit unclear whether office days are actually expected or not.
Making the policy more flexible from the start would really help make things smoother for everyone!
