There is very little I can say positively about the employer. Based on my personal experience, I find his behavior deeply unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking in basic human empathy. I genuinely struggle to consider him a leader, as leadership should involve responsibility, fairness, respect, and the ability to treat employees with dignity.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. His management style created unnecessary stress and an extremely uncomfortable working environment. In my opinion, the way he treats people is simply unacceptable, both professionally and on a human level.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
My strongest recommendation to the employer would be to seriously reflect on his own behavior, attitude, and leadership skills. In my personal experience, he lacks the respect, empathy, professionalism, and emotional maturity required to lead a team.
A leadership position comes with responsibility for the well-being of employees, not just the success of a business. Unfortunately, I experienced his management style as emotionally exhausting and psychologically stressful.
I genuinely believe he should reconsider whether he is suited to a leadership position. No employee should have to sacrifice their mental health because of their employer’s behavior.
Real improvement would require accountability, self-reflection, respectful communication, and a fundamental change in how employees are treated.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere is generally very quiet. Everyone focuses on their own tasks, with little interaction or communication between colleagues.

It is difficult to identify a clear or positive company image. In my opinion, the employer plays a major role in how the company is perceived, and unfortunately, his behavior and lack of professionalism reflect poorly on the business. Based on my personal experience, I find the company extremely unprofessional and completely lacking in credibility. Overall, the company comes across as highly unserious and untrustworthy, and its reputation leaves a lot to be desired.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance is rather limited. There is an expectation from management to work beyond regular working hours, with the employer seemingly preferring employees to stay until 8:00 PM. This makes it difficult to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career development and professional growth are practically nonexistent in this company. There are no clear opportunities for advancement, proper training, or meaningful professional development. Instead of gaining valuable experience and progressing in your career, you are more likely to leave feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, and stressed. In my personal experience, the only things I gained were stress, headaches, and an extremely negative working experience.

There is some sense of teamwork and support among colleagues, although it can vary depending on the situation. Overall, the team spirit is present to a certain extent.

There are hardly any long-serving colleagues, as many employees have either resigned or left the company. As a result, it is difficult to assess how the company treats older or more experienced employees.

In my experience, management lacks professionalism and respectful communication. The way the employer speaks to employees can come across as inappropriate and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for his own behavior or addressing criticism constructively, he often portrays himself as the victim. Overall, I found his leadership style unprofessional and lacking in respect and accountability.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are far from ideal. Basic office amenities such as air conditioning, proper desks, and modern technical equipment are lacking. The workstations are not ergonomically designed, and there seems to be little consideration for employee comfort or well-being. Overall, the office environment feels outdated and could benefit from significant improvements.
Kommunikation
Communication between colleagues is generally brief and limited to work-related matters. Everyone coordinates with each other when necessary and then continues with their own tasks.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are neither particularly interesting nor clearly structured. Employees are overwhelmed with all kinds of responsibilities, including both business-related and personal requests from the employer. There is an expectation to handle everything without receiving proper training or a structured onboarding process. This creates unnecessary stress and makes it difficult to focus on actual job responsibilities.

Menschlich konnte man ihm sich nähern und wir hatten ein gutes Verhältniss.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Ständige Kontrolle und Überwachung aller Email im Ein- und Ausgang. Keinerlei Handlungskompetenzen verteilt.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
MD muss lernen zu vertrauen und Arbeit sowie Themen abdelegieren und nicht alle 10 Minuten nach Ergebnissen fragen.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Es wird geschaut, dass die alte und anfällige IT Anlage immer up to date sein soll. Probleme werden zeitnah an fachkundige Firmen geleitet.

Zu viel Arbeit wird immer wieder an die Angestellten delegiert. Immer wieder wechselnde Themen und neue Probleme werden an zu wenige Mitarbeiter verteilt.

Der Zusammenhalt war da und man konnte unterwinander Aufgaben tauschen.

Da er mittlerweile "gelernt" hat mich auch zu respektiern, hatten wir doch ein gutes Verhältnis.

Menschlich bin ich mit ihm sehr gut klargekommen, vielleicht sogar zu gut, sodass ich ins Vertrauen gezogen worden bin.

Worked for a year. It was the worst job ever.
The company makes mind games with employees and customers.
Its pre-programmed the mental and physical damage.
Labor exploitation in shameful manner with all staff members.

Bad salaray at 24 hours reachability and 48 hours contracts.
Reality is something else.
