I would recommend Woerwag as one of the best company I used to work for. They care about their clients but in the same proportion they care about their employees.
There is no discrimination in the company and multiculturality is amazing. I was accepted from Day 1 and integrated properly in the Family environment.
Management is friendly and approachable, communication is good on vertical and horizontal and all these create a nice and flexible work environment.
Rarely I have seen such a good Human Resource Team.
