some cool colleagues and good atmosphere in general that seems very positive at first than annoyingly and forced positive.

bad unprofessional processes in and around the projects. many employees are not compensated fairly and some employees will be promoted undeserved or out of favouritism.

many things that could be better: salary transparency, being more open to feedback and criticism, more meaningful or professional approaches to projects

good communication within a task team. no transparency in higher levels and bad communication to higher levels too.

depends on the projects at the time. sometimes busy weeks sometimes chill. WFH is possible. a few after work events here and there.

the upper c level seem very familiar, maybe even too much. they try to give the same friendly and chill feeling to the employees. in general ok but not very professional.
