I have been working in this company for almost 4 months as a hardware engineer. The company functions very well because everything is organized. I would like to praise the interpersonal relations in the company. Whenever I needed some help with procedures in the company or at work, everyone was happy to share their knowledge. There are frequent social gatherings after work, which is very good. As for work, there is a lot to learn and there is no pressure. Both English and German are spoken in the company, which is very good for employees who do not know German very well.
