The communication during the hiring process was very disappointing. Short notice changes and unclear scheduling were handled without real ownership or acknowledgment. The responses felt generic and did not address the actual concerns I raised. Overall, the experience did not reflect a professional or reliable recruitment process.

I would suggest that if a position requires a native german speaker this should be made clear from the start. For example: avoid conversations in English all the way up to the interview to avoid a 2 min meeting.
When you spent hours of effort on a case study you deserve to get detailed feedback, not a formatted rejected Email.

The selection process was extremely human, candid, and attentive. It was wonderfully organized in phases with different team members and superiors, giving me a positive impression of possible future colleagues.
As a candidate, I felt really heard and respected. The appointments were scheduled in advance, showing respect for my time and availability. Even though all was virtual, the conversations were warm and sympathetic.
The interviews were not only about my experience and profile to fit the team, but how my future would look inside the company. This shows strong strategical thinking not only on the current needs of the company but also looking at employees’ satisfaction in the long run (and their development within the company, so present and future being fulfilled).
They were flexible and attentive while explaining what they are looking for in a candidate and how my profile could even fit better in another open position. The process was surprisingly fast and effective.
Got rejected with no further information. Later I was told that my CV didn't contain enough details about my past projects and that they would like to have more information. For me that's a no-go. When they are 100% rejecting someone with some email default template because they demand more information, that's a big red flag there.
