Everyone's afraid of telling HR anything. Everything could be used against you.

Kommunikation

No company-wide meetings for over a quarter, management didn't care to communicate anything.

Work-Life-Balance

Most employees don't do extra work anymore, as it doesn't get valued anyway. If they do, they get used and expanded.

If you have a good manager, they try their best, but the higher levels don't care for ensuring a good work environment or culture.

They try to hire more female.

There are very few, those that exist are sometimes made fun of for their corporate backgrounds.

Worst office. Everything is dusty and dirty. WIFI is bad.

The whole Ukraine support campaign is a great idea. But completely overwhelmed the employees.

Average at best, if you've been around for a while you realise that any other employer in Berlin would pay more.
