1. Very encouraging for new ideas and concepts even if they are provided by students or junior employees.

It takes a lot time for new employees to understand the technical details of products and modules.
If this step could be made more easier and faster, it would be great for someone who joins new, or even changes team.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It would be great to have some fun Friday games (30 mins approximately) sessions for team interaction. This makes transition of newer employees smoother into the organization. Also all the employees get a chance to interact with each other more apart from work.
Not every week, but once in a month would be great.
