Gas grill for making BBQ outside whenever you want, beer banks and tables, picnic blankets, a green area right at the entrance... Some of us we belong to the cooking group so we always have home made food for lunch. Thursdays is vegan day :)
Kommunikation
There are regular feedback meetings with everyone so you always know what are you doing good and what can you improve, you get help with your personal and professional goals and you have the chance to propose improvements for the company. We have as well quartal meetings to review the company's most relevant data. We share technology topics and other interesting issues through weekly tech talks organised by us. In a newsletter we get more information if needed. All official communication is generally made both in English and German

We are really close colleagues. We are always willing to give each other a hand and go out to have a drink together.
