Nothing, they manage the situation very well. We are all allowed working from home (we all had the hardware before Corona to do so). They also understand the situation with children at home. We receive regular updates. At least for me (except home office) everything is working fine.

Work-Life-Balance
I never had to do over hours and can manage both very easy. I had other companies that expected me to do many over hours and also to work at home. Yalwa takes care of a good balance.

Yalwa plants trees and is very modern without wasting paper and forests. They also donate or engage in social activities.
