Application Process:
The recruitment process initially appeared well-structured. I went through three thorough interview rounds, including an initial HR screening, functional interviews, and a final round with key B2B and management stakeholders.

Ghosting After the Final Round:
During the final interview, clear timelines for feedback were communicated. Unfortunately, those deadlines passed without any updates. Despite sending polite follow-up emails to the designated HR contact, I received zero response—not even a brief status update or an automated note regarding a delay.

Candidate Experience & Impact:
It is extremely disappointing to see such a lack of basic organization and respect for candidates' time, especially from a company that emphasizes transparent communication. Expecting candidates to invest significant time and effort into multiple rounds, only to go completely silent afterwards, reflects very poorly on the company's HR practices.

Advice to Management:
Please establish basic post-interview communication protocols. Sending a timely, straightforward status update to candidates who reach the final stages is the bare minimum for professional recruitment.
