I believe the company provides employees with good salaries, which are in the top brackets for the ranges on positions. It's definitely not cheap.

I can not comment on my example, but I can easily see a lot of colleagues working in the company for many years, with a few internal changes over the years. I believe it is a good place to be also in terms of potential promotions.
