At your first day, you realize there is something going on with this company. It is completely superficial. They are mentioning about some principles and they never followed that. Management is totally caotic. Nobody knows what should be done for a project. Everybody involves a project but outcome is zero because there is a responsibility problem for departments. Especially at finance

Communicaton is horrible. They pretend to care your career but they can fisinh your carreer at once. While they are doing, they are behaving like a machine. No communication at all. Especially hr. They suggest me to find a bigger apartment at Berlin and 15 days later, he said to me there is no project for me. There is no communication and planning at here

Typical German people. Me and my friends are complaning about this all the time. They say completely different but do not ever believe them

Work and life balance is good because German people works for 2 days for 1 hour job

They never are open for innovative things. Still managing the database from an IDE. Someday, somebody will drop all tables and nobody understands
