Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- They offer excellent quality equipment. (High-resolution monitors, latest generation laptops, extra-monitors, and accessories, etc)
- Free Friday lunch
- Table tennis
- Fancy office.
- Budget for team events.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- The company has a very bad and toxic leadership,
- 1:1 meetings are only thermometers for managers to know if they will lose you sooner or later. Career and personal development plans are things that don't really happen.
- Favorite people have much more influence, credibility, and better opportunities than anyone else which is very unfair.
- People working there for more than 2 years is a rarity. In other words, the turnover is very high. Employees are treated only as resources. They will either replace you after a short time, they will force an unsustainable situation to get rid of you, or you will feel unmotivated and bored with the work environment that you will quit.
- Some benefits and company values are just an external showcase to attract new employees or just make-up for investors. In practice, nothing happens.
- The engineering and product team is extremely inefficient and bureaucratic. The lean concept is something not seen in the department. It takes days to make decisions, lack of strategy, without creativity, and without audacity. That is the reason for having a mediocre, poor, badly finished products - See the quality of the Zenjob website and you will have an idea

Verbesserungsvorschläge

First Invest in people internally before looking for people outside the company. Value the people who helped the company get where it was and promote them.

Do not expect that a single person would solve all the company's problems, even a newly hired person.

Have ethics above all - Mainly above profit. Money and success is just a consequence.

I hope the culture improves drastically for the sake of my colleagues who still work there and suffer daily from these conditions and circumstances.
