Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Just the topic of the work and the product
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Micromanagement from all the co-founders! The CTO has zero management skill, actually he is trying to improve his management skill by trial and error!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Toxic
Work-Life-Balance
You'll have no life working there! All your life become your work
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No further education opportunity, no way!
Gehalt/Benefits
Good salary with limited benefits
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Good and supportive colleague. Except some who want to destroy your picture to impress management
Kommunikation
Good between colleagues. Awful from management to the rest of the team
Gleichberechtigung
All employees are men.
Interessante Aufgaben
Modern and challenging technology. You can learn every day. But you don't have time to go deep into the topics
