office is sometimes a bit chaotic, especially when new people start, but its improved a lot

hire more slowly - we made some mistakes in the past, hiring fast, last year we hired 40 people in 1 month, and then we had some negative toxic employees that were not dedicated and caused issues.

very flat hierarchy. you can speak to anyone and give your ideas. ceo interviews everybody and has an intro chat with them. my manager is the Chief Revenue Officer, he is inspirational, approachable, but also has very high standards :)
Through Corona in March and April, we had hard times but nobody was let go and the management really supported us through this hard period

we have high targets and are growing every month so its not a good place for people who are not hard working or ambitious

all numbers are shared on the daily basis with the whole team in a daily report sent our via email. there is a weekly all hands meeting with anonymous questions

Die Mitarbeiter stehen zusammen, aber nur weil die Geschäftsführung alle gleich schlecht behandelt.

Außerhalb der Firma wohl gut, kennen halt eher weniger Leute. Innen sieht es ganz anders aus.

Offiziell arbeiten wir in Kurzarbeit - 40 Stunden sind aber Pflicht, sonst wird mit Kündigung gedroht.
Nicht mal Homeoffice wurde langfristig erlaubt.

Ich konnte mich sehr gut in folgenden Bereichen weiterbilden:

- Überstunden-Kompensation
- last minute Arbeitslosengeld beantragen
- Corona Kurzarbeit Betrug

Wahrscheinlich normal für Berliner startups - wer gerne online shoppt, freut sich über die Gutscheine, die statt Gehalt ausgezahlt werden. Das ist illegal, interessiert aber niemanden.

Müll wird getrennt.
Viel Papier ist noch im Umlauf.

Super dynamic and motivated team, always willing to help when you are struggling or have doubts. Your work is always valued and thanks to the great team spirit, there's always a positive atmosphere in the workplace. There are many events that help you know your co-workers in a more personal level, and they give you the chance to grow professionally with different trainings. The management is always open to listen to new ideas and proposals. Also, annual sailing trip to experience what we work for ;)

Rather bad. Very often overwhelmed with the situations, the introduction for new employees was not prepared at all by some team leaders.

Bad conditions. The office is cold in winter, not sufficient heating in there. Moreover, there are parties in the office with alcohol and people also smoke in the office rooms (every Thursday and Friday) and the next morning everything smells like this. Kitchen is always dirty and 90% don't feel responsible for cleaning.

Okay okay. A few people prefer to discuss issues directly with the boss instead of finding solutions with their colleagues. What a pity.
