Right intentions in regards to a modern work culture.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The wifi in the office is bad. There are not enough phone booths to support a hybrid workplace model.
zolar opportunistically plays the growth startup card (e.g. low pay but high potential to grow) while other times claiming to be corporate (e.g. salary adjustments according to salary bands and only once a year).
Promises in regards to personal development are not kept. Routine appointments are not realised.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Invest in tech/product workforce and modernise architecture incl. good wifi to overcome enormous tech debt. The ratio of business / technical employees is not healthy.
Hire for skills and drive first instead of focusing on purpose. Some people tend to hide behind the fact that "they are doing something good".
I would like to see C-Suite managers take more decisions without hiring expensive consultants and also take responsibility for constantly not hitting their goals.
