One of the best companies I have worked at
FreelancerHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich IT bei ZOLAR GmbH in Berlin gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Working at zolar is not over complicated. I felt at home from day 1. I had direct access to all the decision makers (Head of Engineering, CTO..). I felt their presence in our daily work but without micro managing anything. I felt very valued for what I'm doing and people are listening to our ideas and taking actions based on them. This is as well one of the rare companies that doesn't waste my time with boring meetings that no one needs.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Some parts of the tech infrastructure is kinda old and slowed down our work. I believe zolar should prioritise updating it.
