Close up your shop, let the remaining 80 people that didn't get laid off continue their careers in a better environment. Don't ever let the CCO take on a Sales function again, it was a disgrace to fid out how poorly the Sales function had been run for years and years. No wonder the business model failed and Sales were plummeting towards the end.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Not once would I have ever described the working environment and atmosphere as even remotely positive. Negativity all around.
Gehalt/Benefits
Poor salaries, sitting somewhere around the bottom quarter of the market. Virtually no benefits worth mentioning.
Kommunikation
Absolutely pitiful. The level of snide this company's leadership has communicated with is nothing short of shocking.
