Chaotic nightmare
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
lack of honesty, no company strategy, lack of professionalism in some teams, HR who only blocks improvements and not really contributing to make things better.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very toxic across all departments. Even if the vibe is okayish within some teams the cross collaborations are pure chaos and everyone is looking at theirselves without any interest in what is good for the company or what helps others. Ath the same time we are working without any clear vision and people rather dream of a better future instead of actually changing issues existing for ages.
Kommunikation
Communication does not exist. Mostly decisions from top management are announced without any deeper explanation, the bigger picture does not exist, company goals are changed frequently and peers cause more chaos than actually working on a joint strategy. Also honest feedback is not existing and performance reviews are basically random.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within teams partly ok, but overall there is not much identification with the company and this leading to most people being here just to do their own stuff. Especially between teams and departments it is more competition than actually collaboration which leads to major chaos and fights within the company.
Work-Life-Balance
The operative part of the job is because of lack of good tools and no clear processes terrible for most of the employees leading to spending a lot of time for tasks other companies automised ages ago. At the same time everyone is trying to shift responsibilities and tasks to other people leading to an insane amount of workload for some people. also the regular short term changes in strategy and goals is causing way too much additional workload. Since there are also no clear job descriptions the dynamics leading to more workload for everyone.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Personally good, but company tends to promote people without social and people management skills. There is no support for personal growth at all and also no support if you flag issues. Also you will never receive honest feedback and I have the feeling for most managers the own personal growth is more important than actually helping the own team. Never had such unskilled managers, even though I need to say I always liked my managers personally and the people were always respectful.
Interessante Aufgaben
Since you have a lot of different to dos it is actually pretty interesting. Nevertheless I need to say that 50-75% of my workload is (even while having a manager role) to fill out excels and tickets and having fights about non defined processes.
Gleichberechtigung
seems okayish in terms of demographic. What I want to mention is that externals are treated way better than employees being in the company for ages.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Actually: pretty bad. office itself is cool and very central, but tools you have to use for your daily work are mainly based on excel or random self constructed tools that are not even close to a professionalism of other ecommerce companies.
Gehalt/Benefits
In the past externals started with very competitive salary. Unfortunately HR is blocking personal development and fair payment within the company, leading to promotions without any financial benefit. Also bonuses and performance reviews are very intransparent and in my opinion unfair.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Company actively blocking personal development due to not existing growth plans, very very low salary increases even after promotion. also no budget for trainings. Even the onboardings for my tasks was underwhelming and I had to learn nearly everything by myself.
