The atmosphere is at a freezing level.

Communication from top to down needs 100% improvement.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues are sticking together pretty okay.
Mainly because they all face the same challenges and frustrations regarding management.
The other thing is that many have a stock option plan and they want to keep it/sell it when the time is right.

Work-Life-Balance

Which life!
Some people have plenty of free time, others work 24/7.
Turnover of staff being at 22%. That says it all.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

That’s the worst part.
Logistics department tops number 1 in the list of management bad behavior.
Mistreatments, being childish, running out of meetings, rude to females, are just a few examples

Interessante Aufgaben

None. This company still runs as a start-up and such management changes direction and priority on a weekly level

Some are making €90K, others €70K in similar positions.
Head of’s are in the €120 to €140K range

Average age of all employees. approx 33.
They prefer young people because of salary and the fact they don’t argue with management too much

Pretending they do care but in reality they do not.
Ran a bigger project to look cool on their website but project never received the funding it needed.

No career options given. Again, pretending they do (HR will sell it to you) but no options are available

No good image. They prefer to hire young people only and get rid of the professionals.
They even ask staff to use Kununu to post something positive, no joke!

Karriere/Weiterbildung

They offer not a lot of training and why should they.
People stay in average only 5 years with the company because of management, troublemakers, and work-life-balance
