- Teach current leaders how to lead (inspirational, connecting, visionary, strategic setting, communication)
- Teach current managers how to manage (KPIs, giving employees trust & autonomy)
- Must transition to a mature company, with defined standards (e.g. processes)
- Must have a company wide objective setting framework (OKRs?)
- Product Owners should be driven by business owners, not by themselves
- Regular all company communications

Non-existent company wide communication - this only occurs during the legal quarterly stock market announcements

Respect for the time of other colleague is poor regarding meeting habits (being on time) and last minute cancelled or rearranged meetings frequently

This is the biggest challenge of the comany - with main leaders who cannot lead or manage the business properly:
There business is not managed by clear KPIs
There is no cross-department working together in the same direction
The strategy is not very clear
There is no "leadership", in the 21st century meaning of the concept (the leaders are excellent analysts, but not good managers, and not good leaders)
Far too much micromanagement, and no trust

Interessante Aufgaben

As much as the e-commerce business model allows, yet the impact is minimal, partly because most of the logistics are outsourced and partly because business priorities change very frequently, and projects fail to complete
