Leider = 0
Decisions are being made without explanation for the employees. Financial results of our company do not seem to reflect well into how things evolve for us. Everyone seems to pay for the wrong decisions taken by some.
Improve the office, more meeting rooms, (much) more space in the kitchen, better coffee, better food in the restaurant
Despite things getting worse, for me, the athmosphere is still very good.
Return to office 60% of the time made work-life balance worse than before
Lots of opportunities for training, clearly a focus on L&D
People are trying
Return to office 60% of the time made work-life balance and working conditions in general worse. The office in Vienna is not ready for this. The facilities in the building are outdated, especially comparing to competitors
Communication has clearly become worse in the last 10 months, decisions are being made without explaining them to people
My colleagues and the public transport ticket
Everything except my colleagues and the public transport ticket
If you would like to know how you could improve, then hire some experts with a minimum of empathy.
Please don’t reply to this rating as I won’t take the time to read your templates.
Heavy workload and stressful environment
Silence instead of open feedback and conflict resolution
Everyone around me feels uncomfortable asking questions
60% mandatory on site in a noisy open space
All these social media posts about how great the company is look fake to me and do not represent how it looks like to work for this company
I try not to mention where I am working to avoid conflicts with people around me
Since return to office no work live balance
There has not been much time and money for professional and personal development for several years
If you plan to travel to a conference get ready to stay at a run-down hotel and eat sandwiches instead of proper meals
I feel undervalued for the work I do and I know that many colleagues are in the same situation
Some employees have less experience and a much higher salary
Despite inflation you have to beg for the smallest raise
There a very few benefits, for example the public transport ticket and fresh fruits
On MyClubs there are a few points for hundreds of employees so you have to book a course the very minute they are available
E-bikes and e-cars were always booked
Money is much more important than society and the planet
Instead of indicating the price on the printer it would be great to indicate the CO2 emissions
Amazing colleagues who are ready to burn out to save their team members from it
I have the impression that I can’t trust colleagues who have high ambitions and would do anything to get promoted.
They are very few older employees
High level management 0 stars
Lower level managers 3, they are approachable but the do not have the courage to stand up for their employees
As already mentioned above
Return to office policy ruthlessly implemented
People burn out and feel guilty to leave their colleagues with even more work behind
Toilets are often dirty since the return to office policy was implemented
I have never seen the cleaning staff change a single bin liner in years, but I try not to think about it.
Would definitely give 0 stars if this was possible
Worst communication I have ever experienced in a company
Big decisions that negatively impact people’s lives (return to office) are poorly communicated and there is zero openness for feedback: deal with it or leave
Parents begged the board members to reconsider their decision, because they would not have time anymore for their kids and the next company newsletter included a citation:
The best inheritance a parent can give to his children is a few minutes of their time each day.
O.A. Battista
Male colleagues get promoted more easily even if a woman has more experience and people management skills
It’s gambling, so it’s difficult to feel comfortable with the tasks
At some point there is nothing more to learn and you get stuck in a never ending routine of the same tasks that are on your desk over and over again
HR supports opportunities to provide internal feedback and takes this very seriously.
You can feel the positive spirit as soon as you enter the office building and meet your first nice colleagues and friendly receptionists. And this positive spirit spreads to everyone.
You can organise your work well. There is also still the option of working from home 40% of the month.
Environmental ticket for employees is supported.
A wide range of opportunities for further training are offered.
The support from colleagues in our own team and from other departments works very well.
You can feel that all internal service departments in this company do their best to make you feel well here. Our canteen is unbeatable. The kitchen team cooks fresh and delicious meals every day.
The internal Internet portal is designed to be very informative. Communication between employees and managers is very open, as there is an open ‘you/Du’ culture.
There are lots of benefits and great events. The opportunity to borrow electric cars for private journeys is absolutely unique. This is particularly appreciated by our international colleagues.
In this company, everyone is welcomed and supported in an extremely friendly manner, regardless of nationality, age, gender or function.
- The team
- Gossip is the number one activity in a lot of verticals, which creates an extremely toxic environment
- Doesn't matter if you work hard, what matters is if you get along with your boss and they like you
- The recent strategy changes really don't reflect what Greentube used to be
- A lot of people work far more than 8 hours per day, and have to be available nonstop (even during vacation)
- Employ people who can drive the company forward, and stop supporting people in upper management that clearly have no idea what they are doing, how to lead and how to listen to others
- Stop micromanaging
- Fire the upper management that is clearly not bringing any value to the company (in the yearly assignments, we clearly voice our opinions and needs, which are never heard)
- Stop working people to the bone, and then act like it's the most normal thing
- It's an iGaming company, but the budget is so tight you can't even dream of workshops, conferences, etc.
- Stop with the lies and trying to upkeep a fake social media image, and actually show love and care to the people working
- HR needs to stand up for the employees, and start communicating things clearly and concise
- They need to update their benefits
- 60% back to the office, when a lot of upper management lives outside of Vienna? And not just upper management, a lot of people moved outside of Vienna or to the outskirts
- The office is too small for everyone (no parking spots?)
Loved the team. Tried to get along with the upper management but unless you're their favorite, it won't be a nice ride. They sure find a way to work you down to the bone, and then ask for more.
Many end up burning out, and it's simply a dog eat dog type of company at this point.
No budget currently.
For 2 years in a row I was told that I can't get a raise because there is no budget for it. And what little raise you get, does nothing with the current inflation.
None.
Whatever is left, comes from employees going that extra mile for each other, the company doesn't help with that (no budget for team events, get togethers, anything).
Honestly? There aren't that many. And those who are with the company for 10 years, get either fired, or are unappreciated.
Again, horrible. You're a number, someone that can be and will be replaced. They have shown us that over and over again in the past.
60% back to the office, for what? Useless micromanaging that is killing the few great people you have left in this company.
Horrible.
Women work more, have to prove themselves more and have to sacrifice far more. I've seen it first hand.
It's igaming.

Events & Opportunities to improve education
60% office work policy
Improve the communication!
Only my boss who is a kind
Atmosphere, office is not nice, all the benefits I had disappeared
Food is bad quality, usually frozen food, no gluten free options
Work-life Balance
Wellbeing of employees comes first
The nice and diverse benefits
The welcoming and supportive team
If important decision that are affecting everybody are made, at least do the curtesy and communicate the whys, not just 'it is what it is'
Really good, eployees and leadership (only up to mid level) are really open to any question
After all the money is made from gambling
It was really good, now with 60% back to the office this is not the case anymore
There is always room for improvement
The leadership (mostly the board) is not communicating with the employers at all, decisions that are affecting all employees (eg. Home office rules) are being made without even saying why or what the decision is based on
So verdient kununu Geld.
