Travel and Expense Compliance Analyst
The Audit and Compliance department at Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest is seeking a Travel and Expense Compliance Analyst to join their talent pool. This role involves working with finance, audit, and compliance departments to ensure expense claims align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Verify T&E expense claims from a VAT perspective.
- Manage the integration between Concur and SAP.
- Prepare reports and training materials for compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate on improving compliance documentation and review manuals.
- Assess employee expense claims for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Participate in compliance programs, projects, and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining and improving service levels.
- Customer-focused with an open mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Knowledge of finance/accounting principles and experience with SAP/Concur is desirable.
