What you achieve with us
- Monitor global trends and technologies, particularly in AI, industrial automation, and smart manufacturing (focus on China/Asia)
- Identify and support evaluation of new business and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with external partners such as startups, tech companies, and research institutions
- Support and coordinate open innovation projects and pilot initiatives in AI and automation
- Act as an interface to the Chinese subsidiary, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Facilitate cross-regional knowledge sharing and best practices
- Assist in organizing innovation workshops, pilot programs, and partner collaboration
How you convince us
- Completed education in Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable skills
- 2 - 5 years of experience in innovation management or business development
- Basic knowledge of the Chinese market and intercultural collaboration
- Interest in AI, industrial automation and digital transformation
- Understanding of open innovation and external collaboration models
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
