You’ll win us over by: Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc. Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc. Flexibility and mobility within the program duration. Academic background or professional experience in engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related field, with a strong focus on sales, data analytics, or strategic planning. Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit - eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized. Showing solid business acumen - thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics. Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration. Being fluent in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum B1). Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe. Our Offer: The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 59.506,70, in accordance with the collective agreement.
