What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in business management (HR focus) or Psychology, complemented by certified knowledge of Austrian Labor Law and 5+ years of senior HR experience in matrix organizations.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of HR core processes.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, assessment, unbiased talent development and succession planning.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in German and English (additional language a plus).
