Senior Data Product Owner

At Roche, we are looking for a Senior Data Product Owner to join our PT Digital and Operational Excellence (PTE) organization. You will be responsible for driving business value by building, maintaining, and sustaining innovative data products that support our 10-year Pharma vision and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data products from ideation to deployment.
• Prioritize product backlogs to deliver scalable, reusable data solutions.
• Ensure all data products comply with quality standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate between business and technical teams and mentor other Data Product Owners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of agile experience in complex data solutions, with 4+ years as a Product Owner or Data Analyst.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, integration, and SDLC/CSV.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
