Immunology (Nephrology) Pharma Specialist Representative (Patient Journey Partner)

Roche is seeking a dedicated Immunology (Nephrology) Pharma Specialist Representative to join their team as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP). This role focuses on promoting a new product launch within the nephrology and immunology portfolio, building relationships with key stakeholders such as nephrologists and rheumatologists, and driving market growth through evidence-based scientific discussions.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of new products in the Immunology (Nephrology) portfolio.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize value and meet business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Meet customer engagement metrics through various communication channels including face-to-face meetings and industry events.
• Provide expert knowledge on clinical data and treatment benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
• Gather and communicate customer insights to define strategic initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system and relevant therapeutic stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the Nephrology landscape and new product launches is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage external stakeholder requests effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Full eligibility to live and work in Australia.
