  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, card scheme requirements, client procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when required
  • Deliver high-quality work while meeting service level agreements and operational targets
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational development initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple Nordic markets
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment

Who Are You?

You are a structured and detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytical work and problem solving. You can balance quality and efficiency while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You may have experience from:

  • Banking or financial services
  • Customer service or support operations
  • Payment cards and transaction processing
  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Fraud prevention
  • Claims handling
  • Dispute and chargeback operations
  • Administrative or analytical roles

Previous experience within dispute management, card operations, fraud prevention, or financial services is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an international environment

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment
  • Exposure to leading Nordic banking and payment operations
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Collaboration with experienced colleagues across multiple countries
  • Modern offices and a hybrid way of working
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • A supportive and inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement
  • Fixed-term, one-year contract with the possibility of extension thereafter.
