Business Capability Lead for SAP
As a Business Capability Lead for SAP, you will drive the strategic architecture and tactical enablement of Demand-to-Pay processes within the Global Diagnostics Procurement team. You will act as a subject matter expert, designing and governing system processes while championing continuous improvement and digital adoption.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and governing SAP system processes and acting as a primary SME for business systems.
- Developing and deploying procurement strategies and representing the department in global projects.
- Driving automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing analytics and reporting expertise to support senior leadership in decision-making.
- Developing global system process documentation and training materials.
Requirements include:
- University degree in business or life sciences; MBA or CIPS certification preferred.
- 5 - 7+ years of professional experience in business process management, specifically within the Procure-to-Pay domain.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and the broader procurement system landscape.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
