As a successful and established “hunting seller,” you represent T-Systems as a strong digitization partner in the public/health or manufacturing/automotive/retail sector. You inspire new or currently poorly developed customer organizations at all levels. In doing so, you bring current challenges and needs of our customers, as well as industry trends, into line with our extensive portfolio in the core areas of cloud & infrastructure, security and digitalization. In particular, you can support clients in Austria with their current requirements and lead them to successful project initiatives and guide them in their decisions.

Your tasks

Structure and focus: Preparation of dedicated customer profiles including environment and competition analysis for defined target customers

Sales strategy: Development of customer-specific approach and sales strategies based on industry trends as well as company-related challenges and “compelling events”

Make it happen: “Open and penetrate” the customer in relation to relevant buying centers and contacts.

Ownership: You put together your team from different areas of the company and seek cooperation with our portfolio units to bring the story to customers.

Economic and industry-specific relationships: Continuous market monitoring and identification of potential topics and trends for companies in this sector, in particular for the development of new sales approaches

Your profile

You can draw on an excellent and reliable personal network and good industry knowledge.

You have at least 5 years of experience in an enterprise IT sales environment

You have a high level of expertise in social selling and feel just as comfortable on social networks as in direct personal customer contact

You have a high technical IT affinity and you can get customers excited about complex topics by “writing your story on a postcard”

You have a very strong customer orientation and a high degree of initiative - paired with the ability to adapt in-house services to the needs of customers

You have the ability to work in a team as well as excellent communication and presentation skills in your blood

You are fluent in written and spoken German and English

For legal reasons, we provide information about the minimum annual salary of €64554 gross on a full-time basis. The final salary is of course based on your individual experience.
