The Global Digital Hub at Roche in Budapest is seeking a Digital Campaigns Subchapter Lead to strengthen global digital capabilities. This role involves coordinating subchapter operations, mentoring team members, and providing strategic vision for high-impact digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subchapter operations, onboard and mentor team members, and ensure proficiency in executing digital campaigns.
• Provide strategic vision, optimize processes, manage escalations, and ensure seamless team coordination.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure customer satisfaction and objective delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Build relationships with other Subchapter Leads to align on strategic priorities and share best practices.
• Establish and maintain process governance and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in digital operations with a proven track record in omnichannel marketing and content delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching, leadership, and people development.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments with strong project and change management capabilities.
• Innovative problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex issues independently.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and proficiency in various digital tools.
